We want you to feel confident when you buy your salon supplies from us. We always aim to provide you with salon supplies of a high quality which are undamaged. On occasion however, we understand that products may need to be returned. Returns are governed by the following refund and exchange policy. If your salon supplies arrive damaged in any way, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will arrange for the damaged items to be replaced at our expense. Please don’t throw away the damaged items as we may need to have them delivered back to us to help ascertain why the damage took place and how we can improve our service. If you receive the order and for whatever reason you have changed your mind. We will happily refund you for the complete cost of your order. Unfortunately, we’ll have to pass the cost of returning the products onto you and will refund when we receive the salon supplies in the same condition that you received it. Please go to your “My Account” page (http://salonsupplyshop.co.uk/account), select your order (Customer Orders tab) and click on the “Return Items” button. Complete the basic details and we’ll take care of the rest. If the salon supplies you receive don’t match your order, we will be responsible for replacing your order and paying any additional delivery costs. From time to time, we may need to replace certain products with a similar product if packaging or branding has changed from our suppliers. If we feel the changes are significant we will contact you in advance.
